Contemporary garden fair GROW London, which made its debut last summer, returns for a second edition from 19-21 June 2015.
Around 100 carefully selected exhibitors will showcase the best from the world of gardens and gardening, staged in an air-conditioned marquee styled by leading garden designer Stephen Woodhams. Acclaimed designer Cleve West will headline the talks programme, while free workshops and activities for adults and children will be on offer throughout the fair.
Other speakers in the talks theatre will include Sarah Raven, familiar from Gardener’s World, Mark Diacono of Otter Farm, Thomas Broom from Petersham Nurseries, Laetitia Maklouf (aka The Virgin Gardener) and Helen Yemm, author of the Saturday Telegraph’s ‘Thorny Problems’ column. Petersham Nurseries will be creating a feature garden and the Society of Garden Designers will be holding free garden design consultations throughout the show.
An opening Garden Party on Thursday 18 June will support The National Gardens Scheme and will be opened by contemporary garden designer Tom Stuart-Smith.
Nursery exhibitors will include Crûg Farm Plants, Hortus Loci, Hardy’s Cottage Garden Plants and Evolution Plants, while Bronzino, Distinctive Garden and The Wood Company will show pots and planters. There will be contemporary garden furniture from Barbed and Nordeco Style as well as an opportunity to find vintage treasures and salvaged pieces from Garden Brocante and Architectural Heritage.
Tool specialists Sneeboer and Niwaki will showcase their garden tools, while top-of-the-range sheds from the Posh Shed Company will be on offer.
