Fell Dog: Born on the fells, built for adventure

Born and bred on the Lake District fells in 2020, Fell Dog has quickly established itself as a brand creating stylish, durable, and adventure-ready products for dogs.

The brand is the creation of designer Carolyn Harker, who brings over 20 years of product design expertise from the outdoor industry. Having worked with leading names such as Rab and Berghaus, Carolyn brings a wealth of technical knowledge and a deep understanding of materials and performance design.

Fell Dog has recently opened its Headquarters on the edge of the Lake District - a dedicated design and innovation centre where new ideas are tested, developed, and brought to life.

The latest launch, the Drench Waterproof Jacket, is a perfect example of Fell Dog’s ethos. Combining elegant styling with serious outdoor performance, the jacket boasts an 8,000mm hydrostatic head, 5,000 breathability rating, and fully taped seams - delivering rugged protection for adventurous dogs. Alongside it, the new Drench Collars & Lead are fully waterproof, odour-resistant, and feature a lockable buckle strength-tested to 70kg.

“Technical design has always been at the heart of Fell Dog,” says Carolyn Harker, founder and designer. “With my background in product design, I wanted to create pieces that are both stylish and rugged - products that look good but also deliver tried-and-tested performance.”

Since launching, Fell Dog has attracted a loyal community of dog owners who share its ethos: embrace the outdoors, celebrate every adventure, and find joy in the little things, even a rainy-day walk. Its ambassadors include fell runners and mountain rescue search-and-rescue dogs, true outdoor enthusiasts who embody the Fell Dog spirit and inspire others to explore life with their four-legged companions.

Fell Dog is exhibiting at PATS on stand B38.
