Royal Ven Zanten presents autumn collection

Royal Van Zanten has presented its autumn collection of spray and Santini chrysanthemums. The collection consists of five colourful varieties, each known for its long vase life and high quality.

Autumn colours
The autumn season is a wonderful time to have chrysanthemums in a bouquet or arrangement. Breeder Royal Van Zanten has put together a collection of spray and Santini chrysanthemums specially for the autumn period. Red, orange and yellow hues are in the forefront. The collection consists of Haydar Yellow and Haydar, both a bi-colour variety, the fire brigade red Bontempi and the varieties Melissa and Melissa Red. The latter two can be identified by their full red and orange blossoms, with a green centre.

Vase life & keeping quality
What the varieties all have in common is their long vase life and their robust keeping quality during and after transport. This means that with the right care, a consumer can enjoy their chrysanthemums for up to two weeks. Another characteristic of these varieties is their great colour retention. Haydar, Haydar Yellow, Bontempi, Melissa and Melissa Red do very well in a mono bouquet but are of course also beautiful as bouquet fillers. More information about the varieties can be found at www.royalvanzanten.com
