Adrian Hall Garden Centres re-open with new owners
The two Adrian Hall Garden Centres in London’s Feltham and East Sheen which closed in August this year have opened again with new owners.
A failed sale of the sites back in the summer resulted in the appointment of liquidator FRP which announced this week the Feltham centre would reopen under the name of Growing Plants 4 U which has now taken over the lease. Growing Plants 4 U is part of the company run by Colin Roberts based at Parkview Nurseries and The Gardening Club in Crews Hill, Enfield.
Simon Carvill-Biggs of FRP said: “We’re pleased to have completed an assignment of the lease to Growing Plants 4U Ltd and that the site will reopen under the trading name Growing Plants 4 U. The purchasers have also acquired the Intellectual Property and domain name. No doubt the acquisitions may result in employment opportunities for the local area. Hilco Global, alongside Moore Barlow LLP, assisted the Liquidators with the assignment and supplementary transactions.”
The other site has now re-opened as Sheen Garden Centre and joins the five other centres operated by Capital Gardens in and around London run by Colin Campbell-Preston.
