Mr Fothergills leads the way with new veg seed sales
Veg seed packet sales got off to a better start this year with five packs making the Top 10 as opposed to none appearing last year.
Mr Fothergills seeds make a statement of intent for 2016 with nine new entries, giving them a record 15 lines in the GTN Veg-2-Gro Top 50 Chart.
Some of the star performers this week include:
- Mr Fothergills Beetroot Boltardy is the highest placed veg seed at No 4.
- Taylors Onion Sets Stuttgarter are the first Veg-2-Gro No 1 of the year.
- Pink Fir Apple, 2.5kg packs, from Taylors are the early seed potato front runners at No 5.
