Phil Tremayne, the Association of Professional Landscapers (APL) General Manager, said:

“Congratulations to all our members on another fantastic summer show season. Our designers and landscapers have consistently demonstrated their talent, professionalism and creativity in these award-winning gardens.

“What the public doesn’t see is all the months of hard work and dedication behind the scenes and the preparation for each build. Our members have brilliantly showcased the quality of work customers can expect from choosing an accredited APL professional on their gardening project.”

Horticultural Trades Association (HTA) members also played a part in the award-winning gardens by supplying tens of thousands of plants for show gardens at Chelsea and other flower shows throughout the summer.

The final show of the season takes place next month at the BBC Gardeners’ World Autumn Fair, Audley End (11 - 13 September 2026). Association of Professional Landscapers (APL) member businesses - Designscape, Holland Landscapes, Landscapes by Design, TKE Landscaping, Adscape, Cordes Horticultural Ltd, Haldon Construction Ltd and Bramley Apple Garden Design - will be collaborating on a showcase garden, building it in just three and a half days - whilst mentoring two young landscaping apprentices from Merrist Wood College.

The collaboration garden ‘The Association of Professional Landscapers Elevated Garden Living’ features a raised, terraced area for relaxing and growing, surrounded by lush planting and complemented by a small water feature. Visitors to the show will be able to see firsthand what can be achieved by using the services of professional designers and professional landscapers. Members of the Association of Professional Landscapers will also share their expertise at a free Drop-in Design and Landscaping Clinic.
