Mr F's new POS reassures grow-your-own novices
|
“Want to grow veg? This is where to start!” proclaims the new header board. “Confused by all the choices?”, “Want clear instructions?”, ask the new information panels on the stand of Mr Fothergill's ‘Get Growing’ seed range, aimed at those who are new to vegetable growing and daunted by the huge choice offered in a large range of vegetable seeds. The Get Growing selection simplifies the choices, but still offers all the groups of vegetables required by the family cooks. Clear, everyday language is used both in namings and in growing instructions, with the 56 seed varieties displayed completely alphabetically. Pea and bean packets are smaller than in Mr Fothergill's main range, and more suitable for beginners and smaller scale growing. The Get Growing range also includes 10 easy-to-use, pre-seeded mats and tapes, plus three starter kit collections, each comprising seed, compost, pot labels, pencil and booklet. In addition, free advice booklets are supplied with the seed range, and more vegetable growing advice is available on the dedicated Get Growing websitewww.getgrowing.co.uk Information 01638 554111 or www.mr-fothergills-trade.com
