There were many ghostly happenings at garden centres last week for Halloween. And, according to GTN Bestsellers data, sales of related garden lighting and decorative lines reflected higher than usual activity with half-term also kicking the sale of winter garden ornaments into action too. 

Three Apta Halloween products became new chart entries as did a trio of Vivid Arts winter garden ornaments.

• Apta Halloween Ghost was the highest new entry at No 5.
• Vivid Arts Playful Penguin increased sales by 900% to enter the chart at No 31.
• Smart Solar Ceramic Bird Wind Chime lights had the highest week-on-week sales increase to debut at No 7.
