"On Tuesday I was invited to run at the Ball Trail Grounds near Oxford to completed my daily 5km, where we also celebrated The Colegrave Seabrook Fountain 30th Anniversary, ‘Supporting Students in horticulture..’
"Huge thanks to Neil Gow, Jeff Colegrave & Stuart Lowen for making me fell so welcome and for a great event, where I got to meet one of my Gardening idols Alan Titchmarsh.
"As well as feeling fitter, but the endorphins (feel-good chemicals) that give me a rush and makes me look forward to the next days run even when I have had lack of sleep and travelling with work!!
"We need your support to keep building these magical gardens for the Children’s Hospices and I have 6 months left now to reach the £20,000 and make a difference to help Greenfingers Charity..
