Bord na Móna UK have appointed Claire Ball as business development manager to cover the south west area. Bord na Móna UK’s commercial manager, Tommy Gill, said the peat free brand Vital Earth (distributed by BnM), and the peat reduced brand Growise were both in demand due to the poor peat harvest and the industry move to peat free. He said Claire’s appointment meant the company now had full national area coverage for garden centres and would enable more sales growth.
