From the information available it would appear that the restaurant opens a week on Monday, it doesn't look that far away from being ready front of house.

The customer information desk told local shoppers that Dobbies restaurant was opening soon, she said that Dobbies had taken that part of the Tesco store over.

Another member of staff said it was a trial in the Kingsway West store and if it was successful then it would be rolled out into other stores. 

Could Tesco be developing Dobbies as a restaurant and coffee shop brand to make way for the sale of gardening retailing to someone else?
