No matter how great your plants, products and catering are, it is the overall customer service that really makes the difference.  Who makes coffee shop customers happy?  Who goes that extra mile to make their plant buying experience really special?  Who delivers the most love and passion in serving customers? 

When the judges scores were totalled for GTN's The Greatest Garden Centre Customer Service Team the outright winner was the team from Scotsdales, ahead of the teams at Fron Goch and Coolings who collected Silver Awards and the teams from Perrywood and Whitehall Lacock who were announced as Bronze Award winners.

"We looked at customer service and customer satisfaction across the whole garden centre, not just the customer information desk," said GTN MD Trevor Pfeiffer. "One of the stand out practices at Scotsdales was making sure the planteria staff always had a plant in their hands while advising customers.  What a great way of exuding confidence and expertise.  No wonder they sell so many plants and products."
