This is not just any sandwich…This is a sandwich we have been working on with clients. - First of all take a freshly baked Ciabatta Roll, still warm from the oven.
- Fill it with slowly cooked, buttery, moist pulled pork.
- Add a side of BBQ sauce in a small jug.
- For colour and texture add a fresh garden salad, served in an iceberg leaf, dressed with a homemade raspberry vinaigrette.
- Finally add a portion of skin-on fries and serve in a wooden seedtray.
The humble sandwich has been transformed. Clever presentation and a bundling of salad and fries have lifted the price point as this is now a main meal replacement. The customer feedback has been incredibly positive. So, the big question this week, do your customers find your sandwich offer innovative and exciting?
