Bosmere distribute award-winning BioStretch

The award winning BioStretch garden tie will be distributed by Bosmere for the 2014 season.

BioStretch was winner of the Glee 2013 ‘New Product Award – the Green Award’ and was a finalist in the 2013 GIMA ‘Awards for Growing and Planting Equipment and Sundries’. The soft, strong and stretchy BioStretch plant tie is biodegradable and naturally drops off the plants and decomposes in the ground after approximately 18-24 months outdoors depending on weather conditions.

BioStretch can be used for all sorts of jobs around the garden for anything that needs gentle but firm support. Common uses include supporting tomato plants, securing runner bean canes and attaching to young staked plants and trees.

Commenting on this new addition to the Bosmere range, Steve Millington, said “The BioStretch planting tie complements the extensive Bosmere Twine & Ties range. The green credentials of this award winning product make this a particularly attractive proposition for our retail customers”.

BioStretch is available for immediate delivery from Bosmere in attractive shelf ready display outers.
