Our client is seeking an experienced grower / production manager to take over from someone who is entering retirement.

They are a specialist grower of quality nursery stock and whilst it is not essential for experience in their exact product they do require someone who is experienced within the ornamental sector and is able to manage workers. They have 50+ staff and this role will be responsible for the day to day management with all production staff. The candidate needs to be able to work in a team environment and be very hands on.  
   
They will also be needed to work alongside the MD to deliver the vision and strategy for the business over the next 5 to 10 year period.   
   
In recognition of the above they are prepared to offer a salary in the region of £35k+ depending on experience etc.
