Good(s) Factory, part of the Elho Group, has completed the acquisition of Ebertsankey, announced in September, 2016.

Good(s)Factory offers a basic range of synthetic pottery that is in line with today's trend for the price-conscious, functionally orientated consumer. The acquisition will help the company to develop its position as European market leader in basic synthetic pottery. “By adding the innovative strength, excellent service and quality of Good(s)Factory to Ebertsankey, the label will become even more important to retailers and consumers,” said the takeover announcement.

Netherlands-based Elho Group is a growing family owned company with more than 50 years experience in developing, producing and selling synthetic pottery and related products.
