Welcome to a proper Autumn season
GTN Bestsellers analysis

There are indications in the GTN Bestsellers data and from conversations at Glee that for the first time in a few years we could be in for a ‘proper’ Autumn gardening season.

Growing Media and plant sales were up on last year for the first week of September and garden centres were reporting fast sell through of bulbs for autumn planting during Glee conversations.

After the hot summer there are gaps in borders that need to be filled already and lawns are being repaired and renovated as seen in the Garden Products chart.

The Glee New Product Showcase, organised and presented by GTN, was packed full of great new products for next year and we are looking forward to seeing many of them feature in the Top 50 charts.
