Wild Bird Care sales up on last year
Wild Bird Care sales had a good performance last week, improving on 2018 levels by 16%.
Perhaps the continuing cold Easterly winds persuaded more gardeners that their wild birds needed some extra care and attention.
Highlights were:
- Gardman’s Paint Your Own Nest Box was the highest GTN Chart re-entry, back in at No 14, perhaps a precursor to Easter holiday children’s activities.
- The Jacobi Jayne Flutter Butter Buggy 330g was only one place behind, re-entering at No 15.
- Gardman No Net Fax Snax Bag, 25 plus 20% Extra Free, were the highest chart climber, up 22 places to No 18.
