August 2019 wasn’t a great month for plant volume sales, ending 16% down on both August 2018 and 2017.
The changeable weather must have had a lot to do with that, but what ideas have your team thought of for next year to keep plant sales going strong during the summer?
Cyclamen sales started to build, staying at No 1, sales increased by 47% week on week.
Primula were the highest re-entry to the chart, back in at No 8.
Delphinium were the highest climbing chart plant grouping, up 24 places to No 24.
All Plants volume sales change: Week on week UP 19.1%. Year to date vs 2018 DOWN 7.0%, vs 2017 UP 1.2%.
