Exciting growth kickstarts 2022 for Sipcam Home & Garden

Following a period of range expansions and updates, Sipcam Home & Garden – the brand behind innovative plant care, cleaning and pet products – has further boosted its offering to the garden retail market with a bigger team and new offices to facilitate exciting future growth opportunities.

Expanded team

Best known for its leading product portfolio, which includes the ecofective®, SPOT-ON, FITO and GET OFF brands, the Sipcam Home & Garden team has recently welcomed a new Supply Chain Manager, Natalie Murgatroyd, and Financial Controller, Jason Linwood. These latest appointments reflect the company’s ongoing growth and increased market share within the garden and pet sectors.

Elsewhere within the business, Sales Administrator, Leah Monteath, was recently awarded the accolade of ‘Young Apprentice of the Year’. Leah, who has been with Sipcam Home & Garden since 2020, was selected from more than 400 apprentices across Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, Staffordshire to win this highly coveted prize. Leah, who has been studying Business and Admin Administration, has become an integral part of the Sipcam family; all of whom are extremely proud of her achievement.

New offices

Leah’s win, however, is just one reason why the Sipcam Home & Garden team is celebrating. In an exciting move, the company’s UK head office was recently relocated to a new site.

The new office facilities, located in the centre of historic Derby, provide Sipcam with over 50% more floor space than its previous location, allowing for plenty of additional room to house the full team, plus vital space to grow in the coming years.

Nigel Thompson, Head of Sales at Sipcam Home & Garden said: “The past two years have been interesting but best defined by the incredible growth we have experienced. Our entire brand portfolio has witnessed increased sales and stockist numbers, which in turn has led us, as a business, to also enter a new chapter. Our newest team members highlight the importance we are placing on improving the way we support our supply chain and customer needs, whilst our new office space demonstrates our commitment to building on our current successes. We are excited about what the future holds and about working with our customers in order to help them build more profitability and consumer loyalty via our market-leading products that tackle common problems and tasks in the home and garden.”
