2 more days for customer voting in GTN's Greatest Christmas Garden Centre Team awards

The race to be voted The Greatest Christmas Garden Centre Team Award comes to an end at midnight on Thursday 22nd December and with over 15,000 votes having been made prior to this last weekend garden centre teams are pulling out the stops to claim the top spot or one of the regional awards we will be presenting at Spring Fair on Monday 5th February.

Last week several centres doubled their number of on-line votes with Southwood Garden Centre in Hull increasing their votes by 177%.  And we are starting to receive daily packages of votes collected in store.

As a result we are not able to publish a chart update on voting today.  That now has to wait until we all meet up on The Stage at Spring Fair, 5pm on Monday 5th February 2024 when the results of the customer voting and the results of all the judges visits will be announced.

With voting closing at the end of Thursday, Christmas teams who are collecting votes in store should package them up and send them to the GTN offices to arrive no later than Thursday 28th December when the final count will begin.

From the comments made by customers with their votes and from the Greatest Christmas Awards judges feedback it's clear that garden centres and their customers have really enjoyed a great build up to Christmas.

Now all we have to do is sign off, enjoy the break... and then get ready for a superb spring!

Happy Christmas to you all!
