Damp conditions attract the slugs and boost pest products

The biggest movers in this week’s GTN Bestsellers Garden Products chart are slug-related as the wet weather causes this common pest to become hyper-active.

  • Vitax Slug Gone (3.5 litres) is the highest re-entry.
  • There are two new entries – Bayer Slug Bait Organic Pellets (700g) and Neudorff Sluggo Slug & Snail Killer (800g).
  • The highest climber this week is Garman Bamboo Canes (0.6m), pack of 20, moving up 21 places to No 25.
  • Gardman Ice Orb Solar Light retains the top spot.
