Salim Sajid will speak about the approach to catering taken by Rosebourne Garden Centre in Hampshire, which opened in October 2016.
It is fairly simple – to create exceptional dishes using the finest ingredients, which are brought to the table by their friendly and efficient team.
Their chefs work alongside the team from Owton’s, their in-store butcher, their fresh produce team, who deliver daily from Southampton markets and their food hall team to deliver a choice of delicious meals all with a seasonal touch.
