Baytree Nurseries Ltd. are in the process of buying Dents Garden Centre in Hilgay, just south of Downham Market in Norfolk.

Located on the A10, the site comprises a garden centre, farm shop and 200 cover restaurant. 

Nigel Wallis, son-in-law of Reinhard Biehler who started Baytree Nurseries, told GTN Xtra: "We are all very excited to be welcoming the team at Dents into the Baytree family. 

"As a family we all made the decision to invest and build on the success of Reinhard and Vonny building Baytree into the wonderful business it is today."

The acquisition is expected to go through in January.
