Growing Media sales doubled week on week as gardeners are taking advantage of the good weather and getting on with their growing.
Whilst multipurpose composts make up the majority of the sales there was good growth in manure sales and significant increases in soil conditioners and weed controlling mulches.
Highlights were:
Evergreen Garden Care Levington Essential Multi Purpose, 50 litres, retains the No 1 growing media spot.
Westland Gro-Sure Farmyard Manure, 50 litres, doubles sales and stays at No 5.
Westland Gro Sure Smart Cover, 100 litres, is a re-entry at No 49.
