High-tech BBQ boost for Premier Decorations

Barbecue cooking is all the rage in the UK and whilst simple kettle and drum style appliances remain hugely popular, all singing and dancing, high tech multi-function models are increasing in demand.

Pravin Patel of Premier Decorations, which specialises in every type of barbecue, explains: “People in the UK are fast adopting Mediterranean lifestyles and cooking and eating outdoors is becoming part of everyday living. This means that families are investing in top end, permanent outdoor cooking appliances which are completely versatile and can be used the whole year round.”

Premier’s Fontana Forni range of outdoor ovens are a prime example and the Fontana Pizza and Cucina is a multi function wood burning oven combining traditions from around the world in just one product. This appliance is a barbecue, oven, grill and smoker and efficiently cooks with either charcoal or wood providing a professional result every time. Made from anthracite painted galvanized steel and stainless steel the FontanaPizza and Cucina is easy to light thanks to a combustion chamber specifically created to facilitate the operation and ensure a steady and uniform heat distribution. It is alsopossible to adjust the intensity of the flame and a practical system for ash recovery and disposal makes cleaning easy.

For those who want instant outdoor cooking at the touch of a button, Premier’s Fontanagas fired ovens are the ideal solution. The Margherita Pizza Oven is just as aesthetically pleasing as the Pizza and Cucina, but cooking is done by direct contact with gas fired burners. The stainless steel structure of the chamber allows the oven to reach the desired temperature in just a few minutes.

For the traditionalist, there is also a range of both Direct and Indirect wood burning ovens available.

Pravin continues: “High tech outdoor ovens not only provide a professional and efficient method of cooking but make the most of outdoor space bringing the garden into the home. Owning an appliance like this makes a real fashion statement allowing families to enjoy cooking and dining outside and bring a little bit of the Mediterranean culture to the British home.”
