Radio 2 Gardens steal the show - and provide great themes for retail displays


The five BBC Radio 2 gardens at RHS Chelsea stole the show on Press day morning with live broadcasts by Chris Evans and the other presenters and the themes used could be easily replicated in garden centre settings.

Anneka Rice's flower cutting garden, Zoe Ball's sound garden, Chris Evans' Taste garden, Jo Whiley's Scent garden and Jeremy Vines Texture garden were all crowd pullers and judging by the levels of interest and the parallels with Radio 2 audiences and garden centre shoppers the concepts could all make great Chelsea themed sales displays for the rest of the summer.

Evening presenter Jo Whiley even found time to have breakfast on the Kadai stand which is adjacent to her garden.
