With many varieties in bloom in garden centre planterias, sales of Roses more than doubled last week which meant they jumped six places up the GTN Bestsellers chart to No 4.
Big, bold blooms are attracting plenty of interest with Dahlias also increasing sales to move up three places to No 8.
Penstemon recorded the highest percentage sales growth, up by 160%.
Arctotis were the week’s highest new entry, in at No 46.
