Last Friday's announcement of centre sales to Hilliers and Otter Nurseries has taken the value of sold Wyevale Garden Centres to £194.05m, using the "Offers Based on" price as listed by Christie & Co, since Terra Firma put all 145 centres up for sale in July 2018. With Crowland closing later this month there are now 90 centres still to sell that total a potential £254.6m using the "Offers Based on" price. But which centre will go to which buyer...

Wyevale Garden Centres agrees sale of six more garden centres...four to Hilliers and two to Otter
Wyevale Garden Centres has today announced two transactions for a total of six centres to garden centre groups Hillier Nurseries Limited and Otter Nurseries Limited. The four centres: Cheddar, Dorking, Marlow, Lechlade will be sold to Hillier Nurseries Limited. The two centres: Jack’s Patch and Taunton will be sold to Otter Nurseries Limited. The deals are expected to complete during June and July.
