Double 6-packer awards for Bransford Webbs

Abi Green and Jenna Gove, from The Bransford Webbs Plant Company, have both won places at the IPPS European Regional Annual Conference, taking place this year in Bad Zwishenahn, Germany.

The 6-packer award is open to anyone who is ‘relatively new’ to working in commercial ornamental horticulture or currently studying to enter the industry.

Both Abi and Jenna impressed the judging panel with their personal and employer statements, earning them both well-deserved places at the conference.

The conference takes place next week, from Wednesday 12th – Friday 14th October, with the theme of ‘Let’s Grow the Future’ and will include talks covering a range of topics and an excellent itinerary of nursery visits.

“Attending the IPPS conference is a fantastic opportunity to meet and mix with leading growers from across Europe”, commented Karl O’Neill, Propagation and Technical Manager, Bransford Webbs and IPPS Committee Member.

“From my personal experience as an IPPS member for over 15 years, it has always delivered on this and has helped my career massively, plus I have made some excellent friends along the way.”
