The role

This Indoor Supervisor is based in a beautiful family owned destination garden centre. The role will cover the management of indoor sundries, pets and wildlife. We are seeking someone who can manage a team of between 5 and 10 assistants daily. You will be accountable for managing retail standards in your area including merchandising, stock control and customer service.

The candidate

We are seeking an experienced sundries supervisor to lead a busy department in this multi million turnover garden centre. 
Candidates will have man management experience and also product experience in either sundries or pets.
Buying experience would be ideal but experience working and building relationships with reps would also be sufficient.
