I am currently working on an opportunity with a successful independent garden centre who are looking to take their business to the next level.

I am looking for a good all round retailer with excellent garden centre manager experience to lead a family owned business through a period of redefinition and growth. This is a full time period and will have the potential to grow with the applicant including a linked bonus scheme.

Candidates must have garden centre management experience and will preferably have run a multimillion turnover site before.

You will be a confident man manager and will be excellent with analysis.

This role will require an innovative manager who is looking for a challenge and has a record of success in  developing sales.
