Wild Bird Care sales increased last week as the cold weather started but sales so far this year are down nearly 30%.
Provided stocks are out there and customers can get into centres to buy we can expect big increases over the next two weeks as gardeners do their bit to feed the birds.
Highlights were:
Gardman Fat Snax, tub of 50 continue at No 1.
Westland Peckish Natural Balance Energy Balls, 50 Tub, re-entered at No 50 after a 350% increase.
Gardman Blue Tit Blend 1.8kg had the biggest percentage increase prior to the very bad weather, up by 425% to re-enter at No 38.
