Story

Glee is the International Festival for Garden, Leisure and Pet and the UK's most important trade event for the Gardening industry. Glee is taking place on 27th-29th June, 2023 at the NEC Birmingham.

Greenfingers Charity -

Greenfingers are a national charity dedicated to supporting children who spend time in hospices around the UK. Their aim is to create inspiring gardens for them and their families to relax in and benefit from.

Garden Re-Leaf Day -

Garden Re-Leaf Day kick starts the gardening season and is Greenfingers national fundraiser. Money raised will help to bring the gift of a garden to more life-limited children and families who spend time in hospices across the UK.

Glee's Participation -

Glee serves the garden retail community by organising our annual event, taking place on 27-29 June at the NEC Birmingham, which brings together the whole of the gardening industry under one roof for face-to-face trading, networking and the growth of new ideas. We are a long-term supporter of Greenfingers as they are committed to a great cause. 

Glee's Fundraising Activity -

The Glee team will take part in this years Garden Re-Leaf Day Walk and Cycle challenge on 24th March, which will start and end at Tring Garden Centre, Buckinghamshire. The route will take walking participants around the picturesque Chilterns 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty,' whilst walkers whilst cyclists will see enjoy stunning views across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire. Walkers can choose to take on a 10 or 20 mile route whilst cyclists will embark upon a 25 mile route - choosing do laps of 25 miles, 50 miles, 75 miles or 100 miles (or as many times round the route as they can muster!)
