Hilltop Garden Store (part of Hillview Garden Centres)
 Hilltop has grown considerably in the last two years and we're now recruiting an additional assistant garden centre manager to join the team. You will work closely with the store manager and existing team on a variety of areas and hold responsibility for a specific part of the trading. Horticultural experience, gained in a garden centre, is preferable as you'll be very customer facing and spend most of your time on the shop floor. We work a normal 6/4 rota, on occasion you will be Duty Manager for the store. We offer fully funded training including RHS, HTA and a Management Development programme.
