Treadstone Garden appoint Tom Stolworthy as Head of Sales

Treadstone Products have made a major appointment for their garden products division to help support their on-going strategy. Tom Stolworthy has joined the company as Head of Sales, where he will help drive sales on their range of innovative garden products.

In the last 4 years Treadstone Garden have successfully launched numerous new products into the UK garden centre market. This has resulted in many more stockists and growth for their brands.

Within this brand portfolio is the multi award winning ClipGlove garden glove range. The Good Life is a core garden sundries range which includes the award-winning Pot Trellis range and Recycled Pots. Finally, Peter Rabbit is a children’s gardening and outdoor adventures range which also features a collection of character garden ornaments.

In appointing Tom as Head of Sales, Treadstone will now focus on continuous improvement of customer service and supporting their brands. Managing Director of Treadstrone Products Marco Abbiati said:

"Our company has grown in the last few years with more presence of our brands in the garden centre market. I am pleased to welcome Tom into our organisation to drive our strategy even further. He brings experience, dynamism, and further enthusiasm to our young team ".

Tom brings a wealth of experience with over 10 years working in the garden products industry. He will now head up Treadstone’s gardening division, working with the team to ensure their quality gardening products are delivered with excellent service levels and standards. A specific focus will be overseeing the delivery and sales on new eco ranges ‘Rope Trellis’ and ‘Recycled Bottle Gloves’, both of which have recently been recommended by BBC Gardeners World Magazine. Tom commented on his recent appointment:

“I’m thrilled to be a part of the Treadstone family. Their continued commitment to quality, innovation and environmental responsibility has already provided a firm base, and notably seen some fantastic award-winning products. I’m looking forward to working with the team and driving continued success.”
