Permission granted to build homes on former garden centre site
Planning permission has been granted to build 40 homes on the site of the former Wyevale Garden Centre in Folkestone.
The proposal for the old garden centre, which is extremely close to Folkestone Central Station and the town centre, includes demolition of the buildings on site.
It will include two one bed flats, two two bed flats, 11 semi-detached houses with three bedrooms, 13 semi-detached houses with four bedrooms, 11 four bed terraced houses and one detached five bedroom house.
