STV continues price freeze on more than 250 products

Counter to overwhelming inflationary trends, STV is continuing to hold 2021 prices on more than 250 core products. But there is limited time for retailers to get their order in at these great prices with a new price list set to be published on 1st March 2023. Retailers are being urged to waste no time in placing their orders to make sure they beat the February deadline.

STV report rising business costs in line with other UK manufacturers, but made the bold decision to invest in a 6-month price freeze to protect retail sales.

Edwin Allingham, Managing Director, explained: “We have guaranteed to hold 2021 prices until the end of February, as well as introducing more than 20 price drops on lines where we know promotions can drive volume. We see this is a short-term investment in our future and that of our customers."

The announcement follows a successful year for the business, with several key categories showing significant growth. Their investment in a trade price freeze is just one of a series of new initiatives being launched for 2023, including a new retail distribution centre and showroom, new production facilities and their unique mobile showroom which is currently touring the UK promoting the full range of DIY pest control.
