With e-commerce providing a quick and easy shopping experience for consumers, it is important for retailers to maximise the customer experience in store. Hartman wanted to support customers in this journey and as a result have created some in-store spatial branding that defines the centres garden furniture offering without compromising on shop floor space.
Hartman Marketing Manager, Michelle Bradford, said: “The new in-store branding solution enables garden centres to add definition to their seasonal department, capture the consumers attention and effectively present the Hartman brand. It enables customers to create flexible spaces that work with their floor plan, without compromising on space. We launched the concept at SOLEX 2022, defining areas of our stand using the branded banners, and it is fantastic to see the concept being rolled-out into store.”
Belinda Brett, of Buckhatch Nursery and Garden Centre, comments: “Here at Buckhatch Nursery & Garden Centre we have been partnering with Hartman for 4 years now and look forward to many more years of trading and increased business.
"When considering what stockists to put into the new sales area I carefully considered what I thought was the right fit for our centre. Knowing that Hartman was a long established brand within the garden centre industry gave me faith in becoming a stockist.
"My experience has been extremely positive from all aspects, the area sales representative, customer support when needed, staff training annually as required, POS graphics & cafe barriers making the area defined yet stylish.
"Whilst the past few years haven’t been the easiest to manage with stock supply and customer demand they have made that journey somewhat easier.”
