A touch of frost? Yes, please!
This Indian Summer weather is not helping growing media sales volumes at the moment. What we really need is a touch of frost to kick start Autumn planting activity.
This week’s volume sales were 17% down on last year and 12% down on 2013. Orchid compost is making up for some of the shortfall off the back of orchid promotions.
The star performers this week include:
- Growth Technology Orchid Focus Medium Compost, 3 litres, moves up 15 places to No 2.
- Growise Multipurpose with John Innes, 56 litres is the highest climber, up 33 places to No 10.
- GroWise Landscape Mini Bark Chip is the highest re-entry at No 29.
