Daphne 'Perfume Princess’,grown by Wyevale Nurseries and bred by New Zealand-based Mark Jury, was named Best New Ornamental Plant Variety in the recent Horticulture Week Business Awards.
'Perfume Princess’,licensed by Anthony Tesselar, has larger blooms and flowers up to eight weeks earlier than Daphne odora, continuing to bloom longer that all other daphnes.It has a distinctive citrussy perfume and is relatively quick to grow.
