New for SOLEX 2022 – online appointment booking system

 

SOLEX has created an online appointment booking system which allows visitors to book a meeting prior to, or during the show, with the exhibitor of their choice. 

 

This system will enable visitors to schedule in meetings and organise their time more efficiently whilst visiting SOLEX.  

 

How does it work? 

  • All exhibitors can be found on the SOLEX FLOOR PLAN, via the SOLEX website
  • A simple click on the booking bar via the exhibitor’s page takes you straight to the Online Appointment Booking Systemallowing the scheduling of appointments during the show, meaning everyone can organise their visit before they arrive! 
  • An email confirmation will be sent to the visitor and the exhibitor confirming appointment details. Each time slot is 30 minutes, which means an appointment can be scheduled from 30 up to 90 minutes.  

Gina Hinde, SOLEX Director, said: “We are always looking for ways to help our SOLEX visitors and exhibitors.  Knowing how precious everyone’s time is, and how busy we all are, we hope this new booking system helps everyone to manage their diaries more effectively over the three days of the SOLEX exhibition.”
