Our client is a wholesale bedding plant Nursery operating from two sites who supply to the main Garden Centre Chains and Independent Garden Centres across the UK. They are looking for a skilled grower with excellent supervisory skills to assist and help with the day to day running of the Nursery. Working and supporting the Nursery Owner this will be based at their Evesham site. 

Ideally they are looking for someone with experience and the ability to supervise 10 -15 nursery workers and help organise and work to agreed time scales. 

Experience of the bedding plant industry would be an advantage also there are good long term prospects as the successful candidate could be considered to manage the site on their own in the future.
