Cucumbers top Veg-2-Gro chart

Cucumbers top the GTN Bestsellers Veg-2-Gro chart for the first time this year but tomato plants lead the way overall in popularity, accounting for 45% of all Top 50 volumes from 20 lines.

There is clearly a desire to get a head start growing under glass for early crops this year.

The main highlights this week were:
  • Quantil Cucumber F1 8cm jumped 29 places to take over the top spot.
  • Quantil Tomato Sungold 8cm was the highest climber, jumping 33 places to No 11.
  • Quantil Courgette 8cm was the highest re-entry at No 4.
