Discover a whole World on Your Windowsill at RHS Gardens

The Royal Horticultural Society is inviting families to uncover the World on Your Windowsill this February half term, with a week of fun family activities at each of the five RHS Gardens.

From designing your own pot, to interactive storytelling walks with Garden Detectives, or growing your own Marimo pet, creative half-term events at the gardens are jam-packed with gardening activities, crafting and the chance to leave with handmade items that will brighten up the home and the week off school or work.

Visitors will gain inspiration about growing indoors while spending valuable family time together surrounded by nature. Each of the gardens also has dedicated play areas and some have gardens specifically for children, ensuring a full, fun-packed day out.

Dates, times and activities vary across the five RHS Gardens – please see further details below and check the website for more information:

Come along for a crafts session where children will be able to design their own pot and choose what kind of herb or plant they would like to grow, join a garden adventure designed for little explorers or come and enjoy an arts and craft session where you can use your imagination to make something to take home with you.

And of course, you can also have a go on the garden trail.

Magic Luke joins to provide an interactive and energetic magic show filled with fun and silliness to entertain the whole family. With the garden trail, there will be something for everyone.
