Tildenet promote James Leyland to head up group marketing

Tildenet marketing manager James Leyland, has been promoted to head of marketing as part of the drive to develop marketing across the whole Tildenet Group.

His role will encompass overall strategic management and delivery of all areas of online and offline marketing and the development of the growing team focussing on branding, category management, and business development.

“Working for a business that regularly demonstrates a positive and pro-active attitude towards growth has enabled the marketing department to deliver fantastic results and to also begin working towards ambitious and exciting future projects,” James said. “Being given the opportunity to spearhead Tildenet’s marketing presence in our core sectors was an opportunity too good to turn down, as was working with and expanding our dedicated and talented team of individuals.”

MD Andrew Downey said James had introduced significant changes in the structure of the marketing function since he joined in May. “He has developed exciting strategic plans to ensure that marketing is focussed on business development and the promotion of all of the Tildenet brands."
