Keeping a menu fresh and vibrant is not an easy task. However national marketing weeks, such as National Cupcake Week (14^th – 20^th September), or the forthcoming Craft Bakers Week (28^th September – 3^rd October) are ideal opportunities to do just that.

Cupcakes are that rare thing of they are very popular, whilst also being very visual – could you ask for more from an add-on sale in the afternoon.

However if cupcakes are not your thing, don’t forget British Roast Dinner Week (28^th September – 4^th October)
