The Leisure & Outdoor Furniture Association (LOFA) has announced the return of its Sales Academy in 2026, following the success of its inaugural programme in 2025.
Developed in partnership with Metamorphose, the Sales Academy is designed to sharpen sales skills, build confidence, and enhance performance across LOFA’s membership. The programme blends interactive modules with personalised coaching, giving participants hands-on support to embed proven sales techniques into their day-to-day roles.
“Last year’s Sales Academy proved to be hugely successful, with outstanding feedback from participants and member companies alike,” said Gina Hinde, General Manager of LOFA. “Continuing the Academy for a second year was the natural next step and demonstrates our ongoing commitment to equipping members with the skills and expertise they need to thrive in today’s competitive marketplace.”
Open to all LOFA members, the Academy highlights LOFA’s dedication to developing future leaders and ensuring businesses remain agile in a rapidly evolving sector.
This year’s academy participants come from a wide range of member companies, including Bramblecrest, Charlie Ovens, Hill Interiors, Tramontina, Beefeater, Rotospa, Tom Chambers, Showpiece Design, Traeger, Extreme Lounging, and Ascalon.
LOFA looks forward to supporting these sales professionals as they progress through the programme and to celebrating their achievements as they grow into the sales leaders of tomorrow.
