We are currently seeking an experienced Nursery Manager whose role it will be to help our client run this vibrant and growing business that produces and sells a wide range of quality nursery stock, bespoke topiary and living sculptures to the wholesale and amenity market.
The Role
For the role they are seeking a well trained and experienced Nursery Manager who has the ability to not only oversee production of the plants but also has the commercial acumen and ability to assist with sales to cash and carry and also to retail customers.
The Candidate
Ideally they would like a Manager with at least 5 years proven management experience in a similar nursery, who has good horticultural qualifications, forklift and spray certificates as well as the personality and drive to achieve good levels of sales.
Based in the New Forest, they are willing to offer a good salary for the right individual
