Mike Tomkins, runner up in last year’s MasterChef, has joined BBQ magazine’s Partnerships team and will be attending SOLEX on Tuesday (July 12).
Since his great run to the MasterChef final, Mike has followed his passion for live-fire cooking and has hosted a number of supper clubs and pop-up events focusing on barbecue food.
BBQ magazine Partnerships director David Taylor said: “Our Consultant Editor Marcus Bawdon will also be at SOLEX judging and cooking, as well as Editor Rupert Bates and we are all looking forward to talking to exhibitors and visitors about their future plans.”
